Towerscan Dec 2000 – August 2001 Stage 1
A research activity that involved scanning/surveying/mapping H building. A 10 storey tower block at the Leeds Metropolitan University. With the aim of creating an understanding of its infrastructures, histories, physicality’s, electrical energies and social structures. Research presented in a solo
exhibition at the Leeds Metropolitan University Gallery.

Interruptions 8th – 22nd February 2000
A large scale temporary art work using two well known
public buildings situated in the centre of Preston. The interior spaces of the architectural lantern
of the Harris Museum and Art Gallery and the spire of the former church of St Peters. Installed
light sources periodically flicked and flashed suggesting two large dysfunctional electrical
objects within the urban landscape questioning the function of its infrastructure

‘Missing Pages’ 19 Sept 1998 – Jan 2000
Interventions in 7 Lancashire Libraries curator organiser and exhibitor. 6 artists and 2 writers took part. Works were commissioned as interventions for the archetypal library and the work was toured to all the libraries.

Champion’ 14 July – 3 August, 1997
Sculpture interventions sited in Leeds Waterfront West and work in Leeds City Art Gallery. Curator, organiser, and exhibitor . 10 artists took part and one invited from Koln, Germany. All the works examined the viewers and users relationship to that particular urban regeneration area of Leeds. Host organisation Leeds Sculpture Workshop, Leeds.
